I think that says it all. I like how her name is now a secret message.

Members of Wool Snippets share the progression and challenges of projects that they are creating. We might show off a little bit too! The primary focus is on the art of rug hooking, but our other art involving wool is encouraged.
Tammy, this is beautiful. Yup, you're right. You really have to look to see Cleopatra's name now. And watching your progress on this rug is a study in color planning, at least to me. I'm ''not'' an artist and have a terrible time with color. But I sure love watching what you do.
ReplyDeleteTammy I love this rug. So clever to incorporate her name that way. I had a bassett hound many years ago (Susie). She was very possessive of her family. Really didn't like the mailman at all.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun!!! This is a great rug. Love it!! Hugs, Sunnie : )
ReplyDeleteTammy, It is great to watch your progress on Cleo's rug. Especially since I was there when you dyed the background wool!!! It's just beautiful. Love those ears flappin' in the wind!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful rug! I have a Basset Hound too- her name is Molly. She will never be lucky enough to have a rug like your Cleopatra!
ReplyDeleteThis is such talent! I love it! Thanks for joining my blog. I will be back, for sure! Have a wonderful Wednesday!
